ContractOne has a project manager and a project superintendent assigned to each job. The project manager oversees the project from the office making occasional visits to the job site. The project superintendent can also be referred to as a site manager or construction manager. This person is responsible for supervising construction sites, running construction projects and overseeing operations on a day to day basis, to ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget meeting quality standards.
