Three Phases of Construction
A Structured Process
Each phase is deliberate and clearly defined, from site evaluation through construction closeout.
I
Phase One
Pre-Construction
The process begins by transforming your vision into a definitive roadmap. We manage the essential heavy lifting—budgeting, land assessments, and architectural design—while securing all necessary permits. By establishing a transparent timeline and a fixed financial plan, we provide the clarity and confidence required before work commences on-site.
To ensure seamless execution, every project is guided by a dedicated Project Facilitator and a Project Superintendent. While your Project Facilitator provides strategic coordination and office-based oversight, your Project Superintendent serves as the daily anchor on-site. Acting as your site manager, they supervise all day-to-day operations to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to our exacting quality standards.
II
Phase Two
Physical Construction
During the build, our methodical process ensures every structural milestone is met with precision. This phase covers everything from pouring the foundation and framing the “skeleton” to mechanical systems and interior finishes. Through the dual-leadership of our team and our owner-led commitment to quality, we maintain total visibility and clear communication, ensuring the execution remains organized and perfectly aligned with your original design.
III
Phase Three
Post-Construction
Our approach concludes with a refined focus on the finishing touches and ultimate peace of mind. We oversee the final fittings, landscaping, and the rigorous inspections required to secure your Certificate of Occupancy. Our dedication to excellence ends with a detailed final walkthrough and “punch list” to ensure every corner of the home meets our standards. Our guidance remains constant until the keys are in your hand and the project is officially complete.
